Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Process
Orders cannot be canceled directly. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team for approval.
Before Dispatch:
Cancellation requests must be submitted and approved prior to shipping.
After Dispatch:
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you must follow our standard return process and cover all return shipping expenses.
2. Cancellation Fees
To secure your reservation, we enter into binding contracts and non-refundable commitments with our suppliers. Cancellations result in significant administrative and warehousing costs.
To offset these risks, the following fees apply:
Within 24 Hours of Purchase:
A cancellation fee of 30% of the total paid value will be deducted from your refund.
After the Item is Released:
Deposit-only Orders: 100% of the deposit is forfeited. If the balance is not paid by the invoice deadline, the order will be closed automatically.
Full-Payment Orders: An 80% cancellation fee applies if we are unable to confirm your delivery details within 30 days of the release notification.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed based on the time of the original transaction:
Within 180 Days:
The refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method.
After 180 Days:
The refund will be issued as Store Credit via a voucher code.
