Refund Policy

  • All collectibles are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • No Returns Policy: All products sold are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products.

  • Refund Eligibility: Deposits or Full Payments are only refundable or transferable to another product if Manufacturer cancels the release of the collectible figure or statue.

  • Admin Fees: For any successful cancellation and monetary refund, a 15% admin charge of the refund amount will be applied to cover administrative and processing costs.

Shipping and Buyer Responsibilities
  • Original Buyer Only: Sixth Sense will ship or allow collection of products only to the original buyer.

  • Address Verification: Before purchasing, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm whether the Sixth Sense collectible is legally allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address.

  • Restricted Addresses: No freight forwarder or PO Box addresses are permitted.

  • Territory Compliance: Sixth Sense reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any orders with shipping addresses located outside of our licensed territories.

Pre-Order and Production
  • Deposit Structure: Sixth Sense collectibles are available on a pre-order basis. Customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit up front, with the final payment due once the product is manufactured and ready to ship.

  • Prototypes vs. Final Product: Images used in promotional materials are of samples approved by the licensor. Since figures contain elements that are not mass-produced, small differences may exist between the prototype and the final product.

  • Refund Restrictions: Sixth Sense will not accept refund requests based on minor differences between promotional images and the final product.

  • Delays: Final release dates are subject to change due to manufacturing delays or licensing approvals.

Payment and Collection
  • Final Balance: Customers must pay any remaining balance within 14 days of receiving a collection notification from Sixth Sense.

  • Extensions: If we do not receive a response, we will send a reminder via recorded email, extending the collection date for another 2 weeks (Total of 1 month).

  • Forfeiture: Failure to collect or pay for products after 1 month will be deemed a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Stock and Pricing
  • Limited Availability: Stocks are extremely limited. In the rare event that two customers purchase at the exact same moment causing an oversell, Sixth Sense will issue a full refund to the affected customers.

  • Shipping and Taxes: Detailed prices do not include shipping fees or taxes unless stated. Final shipping fees will be calculated closer to the shipping date and invoiced separately.

  • Customs: Sixth Sense is not responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs or post office for information regarding import duties.
