Sixth Sense Shipping Methods
Sixth Sense utilizes carriers that ensure your collectible figures are delivered safely and efficiently, while keeping shipping costs as favorable as possible for the collector.

How are International Shipping Charges calculated?
Calculation: Charges are based on dimensional weight and the destination country.
In-Stock Items: You will receive a shipping quote during the checkout process.
Pre-Order Items: Shipping quotes are unavailable until the item's production is complete.
Estimates: For certain products, we provide estimates based on sample sizes and weights. These are calculated in advance and the final price may fluctuate by approximately 15%.
The Sixth Sense team constantly negotiates with partners to secure the best possible rates and explore economy shipping options for our customers.
International Destinations
Customs fees, sales taxes, and related charges are not included in your purchase price unless stated. These may be charged by your local customs office or collected by the carrier.
Responsibility: It is your responsibility to research potential taxes and duties prior to shipment.
Harmonized Codes: Sixth Sense uses the harmonized codes deemed appropriate for our products in your region.
Disputes: Customs offices have the authority to change these codes. If you believe a tax is incorrect, please contact the carrier or your customs office directly.
Documentation: To obtain details regarding actual import fees or customs documentation, contact Sixth Sense prior to your agreed shipment date.
Note: By purchasing, you authorize Sixth Sense to designate a carrier to act as your agent with customs and tax authorities. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once we deliver the package to the carrier.
Refused Packages: If a package is refused due to import fees, you are responsible for any return shipping fees charged to Sixth Sense. If we are unable to have the item returned following a refusal, a refund will not be issued.
Purchase Limitations
You are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported into your country. As the importer of record, you must comply with all local laws and regulations.
Availability: Please check product descriptions carefully, as some items are marked "Not Available in Your Country."
Restricted Addresses: We cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes or freight-forwarding services. In these instances, Sixth Sense will be forced to refund the purchase and retain a 15% administration fee.
Estimated Shipping Periods
1/6 Scale Figures (Pre-Order): 9–12 months lead time for production and delivery.
In-Stock Figures: All in-stock 1/6 scale figures will be shipped within 15 business days.
